Burns Corporate Capital (BCC) helps qualified entrepreneurs access funding opportunities through seasoned shelf corporations, which may allow business owners to qualify for funding through independent third-party lending partners.
All approvals, underwriting, and funding terms are determined entirely by the lender.
For select clients, there may also be an opportunity to participate in the Burns Funding Method—an optional structured strategy where Burns Funding deploys its allocated portion into passive income opportunities designed to support repayment of the funding balance.

Start by scheduling a call with a Burns Funding Advisor to discuss your goals and explore potential funding options. During this conversation, we’ll explain how the shelf corporation funding structure works and how it may allow qualified entrepreneurs to access business funding through independent third-party lending partners. Next, we conduct a financial review to better understand your current position, potential opportunities, and possible funding pathways. This helps us outline a clear plan and next steps for pursuing funding through our lending partner network.
We’ll connect you with a lending partner or broker that aligns with your credit profile and funding goals. The lender will review your qualifications and determine eligibility based on their underwriting criteria. Burns Funding is not a lender and does not control approvals, underwriting, or funding timelines. All requirements, documentation, and funding terms are determined by the independent third-party lender. For qualified applicants, funding opportunities may be available through our lending partner network using the shelf corporation structure.
While your funding application is being processed by the third-party lender, our team will stay in contact to help coordinate the process and answer any questions along the way. If approved for funding, select clients may also be invited to participate in the Burns Funding Method, an optional structured capital participation strategy. Participation is governed by a separate agreement and may be implemented once funding is secured through the independent lender.
Once funding is secured through the third-party lender and the Burns Funding Method agreement is executed (if applicable), the capital allocated to Burns Funding may be deployed into passive income strategies designed to support repayment of the funding balance. These strategies are owned and managed by Burns Funding and structured for long-term performance. Repayment coordination may be handled either directly with the lender or through a designated payment structure as outlined in the agreement, with documentation available to confirm repayment application.
